Frequently asked questions.

What is Semi-Private Personal Training?

Semi-private personal training is small group training sessions for up to 3 people where you are coached through your own training programme. It is more cost effective than 1:1 PT and you get the added bonus of working out in a community of like-minded people.

When I sign up do I have to commit to a certain number of months?

To make sure that LIFT is the right place for you, everyone starts off on our 4 Week LIFT Off Programme. This lets you come and try us out, see the difference in your life and then from there you can go on to one of our monthly rolling memberships. We ask for 1 calendar months notice to cancel the monthly membership.

I haven’t exercised in a while - does that matter?

Absolutely not, that is why we pride ourselves on writing a programme for you, taking your starting point, training history and current goals into account. We then support, encourage and coach you every session. We welcome everyone regardless of fitness levels.

How will I know what to do during a session?

You will always have a coach with you, so they will guide you throughout. All of your workouts are accessed via our app so that you log your progress as you workout. Our coaches have access to the app and will check in on your progress regularly, especially when it is time to write your next programme.

How do I book?

You book into a session using our booking app, this is completely around your schedule meaning you don’t need to attend the same session each week as we know life isn’t timetabled that way. You can book up to 12 hours in advance and cancellation is 24 hours before.
